University Information Technology Services is working with Box to improve your U of A Box experience. The changes include organization of departmental accounts to match the university's divisional structure and improvements to securing Box folders for data classification and data loss prevention. 
 
Box experts will be on campus Monday, Nov. 4, when you’ll have more opportunity to learn about these changes. If you manage internal or restricted material, you’ll want to learn about the new features! 
  
Register to attend either online session where Box representatives will join the UITS Collaborative Technologies team to present the changes and features: 
 
Box Re-vision – Divisional Structure, Data Governance and Data Classification 
Morning Session: 10-11 a.m. Zoom registration or 
Afternoon Session: 1-2 p.m. Zoom registration
