The 2SLGBTQIA+ Faculty & Staff Association is an organization to support, advocate and build community for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community at the University of Arizona.
The Arizona Archeological and Historical Society was founded in 1916. It is a nonprofit, educational organization affiliated with the Arizona State Museum.
In the fall, AZMun goes to a college Model United Nations conference in Chicago where our 60+ members represent different countries simulating their positions and policies on a wide variety of international issues. The conference was an educational experience. In the spring, we go to Montreal in January for McMUN and we also host the only binational, bilingual high school conference in April.
Asian American Faculty, Staff & Alumni (AAFSA) Club
The Asian American Faculty, Staff and Alumni (AAFSA) Club was established in 1989 at the University of Arizona to support and recognize the achievements and interests of Asian American faculty, staff, alumni, and students. It is the mission of AAFSA to develop partnerships between UArizona organizations and community business, professional, and service organizations.
The Biosciences Toastmasters Club provides a comfortable environment for scientists and other professionals to practice speaking and leaderships skills, an area of development often overlooked in specialized higher education.
Camp Wildcat is a student-run, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization at the University of Arizona devoted to improving the lives of Tucson's youth. Over 100 dedicated volunteers provide cost-free activities for fun, friendship, and to portray college as an attainable goal for everyone!
CATS4Critters CATS4Critters seeks to improve the lives of stray animals on the UA campus and in the Tucson community. Our mission includes educating students and staff on issues pertaining to homeless cat and dog populations in our area, and recruiting volunteers to foster homeless animals awaiting adoption.
This advisory council supports university staff within the College of Science by providing a conduit for information, acting in an advocacy role, promoting mentoring opportunities and recognizing achievements. We also serve as a liaison and adviser to the Dean on staff issues.
The Commission on the Status of Women is a well-established advocacy arm of the University of Arizona that actively champions a just, equitable and inclusive campus. We shape policy, address current needs and promote the advancement of all gender identities. We encompass all gender identities.
The Faculty Senate focuses on a broad spectrum of policy issues, including academic personnel policies; instruction and curriculum policy; research policy; and student affairs policies. In addition, the Faculty Senate serves as a forum for communication and dialogue between the faculty and the University administration.
Latinx Faculty & Staff Association The mission of the Latinx Faculty & Staff Association at the University of Arizona is to build community among the Latinx faculty, staff and other interested professionals, by empowering employees regardless of discipline or rank.
We are the brotherhood of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Lambda Kappa Sigma Chapter, Inc., and we are dedicated to saving and improving lives in Tucson and surrounding Southern Arizona communities.

The Society for Creative Anachronism is dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts, skills and traditions of pre-17th century Europe. If it was done in the Middle Ages or Renaissance, odds are you'll find someone in the SCA interested in re-creating it.
Student Members of the American Chemical Society (SMACS) is an undergraduate chapter of the largest professional organization in the world. Our mission is to promote science education in the local community through outreach events, magic shows, and other activities.
The Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association offers opportunities for our members and the public to share in the joy and excitement of astronomy through observing, education and fun. We hold monthly meetings which often feature UA astronomers.
Our club focuses on American Smooth (Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz) and International Latin (Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, and Samba) dances under the guidance of a professional instructor. Each year we attend at least three intercollegiate competitions, typically competing at ASU in the fall, and in San Diego/Las Vegas in the spring!
UA Faculty of Chinese Heritage Association (UAFCHA)
The UA Faculty of Chinese Heritage Association (UAFCHA) was established in March, 2021. The mission of the Association is to promote interaction among its members, to serve as a support network and to promote the interests of its members, and to support University of Arizona missions.
The choir is composed of faculty, staff, affiliated personnel and graduate students interested in choral singing. This mixed voice choir is non-auditioned and accepts all singers who wish to participate. We sing a wide range of choral works, including classical, folk, spiritual, and Broadway.

The Women in Science and Engineering Program (WISE) works along the K-16+ and into the regional workforce pipeline to support the entry, persistence, and success of women and other gender minority students in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
