House for Sale (pre-MLS)
Why spend $50 on an ordinary gift this holiday, when you can really show your love with a house that costs close to $500k?
This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house on the road up A Mountain makes a great stocking stuffer, has been well cared for and just repainted and roofing resealed - so you can gift it knowing it is ready to be lived immediately. Also, it backs up directly to the mountain park, where fireworks rattle the home each July - an experience unlike any other - so really, it's like giving TWO gifts.
I am cleaning up the house currently, getting ready to put in on the market when I'm done, but figured my people on campus may be interested in it in advance. If you want pictures of the interior or a tour - just start by emailing me at bartmann@arizona.edu and I will provide you with my other contact info.

Old Piano Needs New Home (Free)
In search of a new home for an old upright piano. As far as I know, it does work and will need tuning, but we were never able to have a professional look at it. It is very heavy and will require a trailer and at least two people to move it.
Please note: any items on or around the piano are not included.
If interested, please email me at dmdudoit@gmail.com.

Experienced Nanny Available
We have a phenomenal, experienced nanny looking for a new family in 2025!
Our nanny, Dulce Rodriguez, has been a full-time nanny to our daughter since August of 2022 when our daughter was 3 months old. From the beginning, Dulce has displayed patience, levelheadedness, and love for our daughter. She has many years of experience nannying for babies and toddlers, which was evident immediately. Her gentle, caring nature helped our daughter bond to her quickly as a baby, and that bond only grew stronger over the 2+ years they had together.
On practical matters: Dulce was always punctual and accommodating. She was flexible with our directives, and we always trusted her completely. She has a car and as our daughter grew older, we trusted her to take her out on day trips nearly every day. Dulce helped with food preparation and laundry in addition to primary childcare responsibilities. She was flexible with her schedule when needed, working occasional overtime or Saturdays. We are happy to share our contract and discuss any logistics as helpful!
Dulce has worked for 4+ U of A families in the past and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested. Any family that hires Dulce as a nanny will be getting a wonderful caregiver for their children. Please reach out to Leslie, lfarland@arizona.edu and I would be happy to connect you.
