3 Br Sam Hughes Home for Rent

Our house has old, classic, features showing off its 1930s birth, but it also has lots of modern stuff, including our just-remodeled guest suite, which makes a great master bedroom.  

Off the guest suite there is an Arizona room, useful as an office.  

The current master bedroom is upstairs, part of a 1990s remodeling, with a walk-in shower and several walk-in closets.

The kitchen has everything a serious cook needs, including a breakfast nook. 

It's a big house with a great backyard, eating outdoors either in the backyard or on the front porch, is only one of the pleasures of living in this house. We have solar panels on the roof so electricity costs are relatively low. We employ a gardener (Lucio) who we will continue to pay to come in monthly and care for the landscaping.

The house is on 3rd Street, one mile from campus on a bike street.  It is adjacent to Himmel Park, so has easy access to all the park offers.
