Commencement is Friday, May 15. Lend a hand to help make this an unforgettable event!

As a volunteer, you will be part of a community that will deliver a memorable experience for graduating students, their families and their friends on this special day.

Estimated time commitment: 4 to 11 p.m., Friday, May 15 

Location: Casino Del Sol Stadium, Tucson main campus

Most positions will require time outdoors. The volunteer roles include:

  • Guest services at gate entrances
  • Guest services for stadium seating
  • Guest feedback surveys
  • Student seating on stadium field
  • Student feedback surveys

You can request to assist in a specific area, but we cannot guarantee that placement. We will do our best to assign you to the available role that best matches your preferences.

Please complete the volunteer sign-up form by Friday, May 1.

We will confirm your participation and provide additional details about your role via email in early May. Volunteers will be required to attend an in-person walk-through the week of Commencement.
