The university’s UA NetID portal will be unavailable on Saturday, Sept. 14, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. due to scheduled system maintenance.
- New employees, designated campus colleagues and students can create NetIDs using the UA NetID portal before or after this maintenance window.
- Members of the campus community who need urgent UA NetID password assistance during this time can contact the 24/7 Support Center.
University Information Technology Services will be implementing a new identity management system on Sept. 14 to accelerate the refresh cycle of UAccess Employee records. This initial step lays the groundwork to create faster provisioning of university services in the future.
