The university has revised Financial Services Manual 6.10 Account Management to strengthen internal controls, improve separation of duties, and support financial processes in the travel and expense (Concur) and supply chain management (GEP) systems.
Under the revised policy, an employee may not serve as both Account Fiscal Officer and Account Manager on the same account in UAccess Financials.
