Spring Fusion Mini Camp: Nature's Engineers
Get ready for an epic challenge! Spring Fusion Mini Camp at Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium is a spring break camp in Tucson featuring science activities, engineering challenges, exploration of science exhibits and planetarium shows for kids in second through fifth grades. All sessions are taught by educators with a passion for inspiring a love of learning and fun!
Camp Theme: Nature's Engineers
Campers will become science explorers, diving into the secrets of nature's engineers, such as spiders, beavers and birds, while participating in hands-on experiments and exciting design challenges. Join us for a journey of discovery that blends science, creativity and the awe-inspiring natural world.
Two-Day Session Dates:
- Second and third grades: Monday and Tuesday, March 16-17.
- Fourth and fifth grades: Wednesday and Thursday, March 18-19.
Times:
Drop off: 8:30-9 a.m.
Camp Hours: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Pick up: 3:30-4 p.m.
