The first live staff training for Career Conversations, the university's annual performance feedback process, takes place Tuesday, July 14, from 10-11 a.m.

This interactive, instructor-led session lets you ask questions in real time and walk through your Career Conversations checklist in the order you'll complete it:

  • Self-reflection
  • SMART goals
  • Your growth and development plan
  • What the performance rating means

Career Conversations launches Aug. 3. The EDGE Learning module covers what's new, how the process works and what to expect in each phase. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
