University Payroll has launched a new AI-powered chatbot on the Payroll pages of the Finance and Budget website. You will find the chatbot at the bottom right corner of each Payroll page.
How it works
The chatbot uses payroll policies, procedures and the university Payroll website to provide answers to general payroll questions in over 50 languages.
Protect your personal information
To help protect personal data, never enter sensitive information into the chatbot, such as:
- Social Security number
- Employee ID number
- Personal banking information
