Leadership Structure Changes in the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid

We would like to let the campus know about some changes to the leadership structure of the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA).  

The changes include: 

Financial Aid Director Rebekah Salcedo has been promoted to the position of Executive Director.

A core team will be reporting to her and have all been promoted with the title of Director:

  • Ellen Fishman, Director of Systems Management
  • Bobbi Lehman, Director of Compliance
  • Helen Horetski, Director of Finance and Operations
  • Meghan McKenney, Director of Counseling

In addition, Akhtar Parvez has been promoted with the title of Associate Director of Scholarships.

Our structure is now more closely aligned with our sister institutions in Arizona as well as other large public institutions across the country and these changes will position us to better serve our students and the public. Attached is an updated version of the OSFA organizational chart.
