Subject: Annual Reminder to Submit Required Disclosures in eDisclosure

All university employees must disclose Substantial Interests for themselves and their relatives in a 2025 Annual Disclosure or Disclosure Update certification in eDisclosure.

Full-time university employees (0.50 FTE or greater) must also disclose their Outside Activities in a 2025 Annual Disclosure or Disclosure Update certification in eDisclosure.

Research Disclosures
Investigators participating in any research activity at the university (whether funded or non-funded, including any human subjects research) must disclose Outside Interests and Outside Activity in eDisclosure before beginning any research. This includes disclosing any Foreign Interests, Significant Financial Interests, Significant Personal Interests, Other Support and Outside Activities

Please also remember that a Research Certification is required for all sponsored and non-sponsored research projects, prior to conducting research. This includes scientific investigations, research fellowships or training programs and research-related activities at all academic levels (undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral).

University Administrator Disclosures
University Administrators must disclose Institutional Financial Interests (including Significant Financial Interests and Significant Personal Interests) in eDisclosure.

Updating Disclosures
All disclosures must be updated:

  • At least annually, and
  • Within 30 days of acquiring a new Outside Interest or Outside Activity or a change to an exisiting ont
