Dean Marc Miller announced his plan to step down as Dean of James E. Rogers College of Law in January 2025, having served 12 years in the role. After taking research leave, he plans to return as a faculty member supporting international programs and other strategic initiatives. During his tenure, Dean Miller significantly expanded access to legal education through several initiatives including launching the first BA in Law program in the U.S., developing a robust Master of Legal Studies program, becoming the first to accept GRE scores for JD admissions. Under his leadership, the college also collaborated with the Arizona Supreme Court to create new pathways into legal practice, including the February bar option. 
 
Dean Marc Miller's visionary leadership has transformed James E. Rogers College of Law over the past 12 years, impacting access to legal education and innovation in the field. His dedication to broadening access has made legal education more inclusive. We are deeply grateful for his service and look forward to his continued contributions to our academic community in his new role.
