Tell Your Friends – Native Know-How Seminar Aug. 5
There's a great opportunity this summer for non-Native professionals to learn how to build mutually beneficial working relationships with Indigenous Peoples and Native nations.
The U of A Native Nations Institute’s Native Know-How Seminar (NKH) will take place on campus this August.
We'd love it if you could join us. We would also be extremely grateful for your help spreading the word to other folks in your network who might be interested!

Virtual option available!
Designed by experienced Indigenous educators, NKH is a four-hour, in-person educational program that invites non-Native professionals in the private, nonprofit and government sectors to cultivate a better understanding of the culture of Native Americans and the governments of Native nations so they can create thriving working relationships and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with Indigenous Peoples and their communities.
To make it as easy as possible to alert your network about this event, we've created this convenient promotional kit complete with social media and email graphics, as well as copy for social captions, emails and newsletter distributions.
We would be immensely grateful if you could help us spread the word about this exciting opportunity to any non-Native allies in your network who might be interested in learning how to better work and partner with Indigenous Peoples. You are welcome to modify that copy as needed to work for your distributions. Should you need any updated graphics, new or revised copy, or anything else, please let us know and we'll be happy to help however we can.
Note: Don't wait to register – This seminar tends to be in high demand so seats for both in-person and online options may fill up quickly.
