The Dean of Students (DOS) invites the U of A community to participate in the upcoming First Amendment Training sessions on:
- Sept. 24 from 3-4:30 p.m. for a Zoom webinar
- Sept. 26 from 8:30-10 a.m. for in-person session
This training is part of the DOS commitment to fostering an environment of free expression and respectful discourse on campus and will explore the importance of free speech in academic settings, provide guidance on expressing diverse viewpoints responsibly, and clarify how our university policies align with First Amendment principles.
Please register by Monday, Sept. 23.
