Pursuant to the University Policy-Making Policy, the following action is taken:
NOTICE OF REQUIRED CLERY ACT COMPLIANCE POLICY
SUMMARY: This new Policy is mandated by federal regulations. Colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs are required to report campus crime data, support victims of violence and publicly outline the policies and procedures they have put into place to improve campus security.
The enactment of this new Policy is in accordance with the Procedure for Requesting Edits to University Policies that are Non-Substantive or Required Edits.
The Clery Act Compliance Policy is available on the University Policies website.
