Notice of Proposed Policy Revision:

PRODUCT LICENSING AND TRADEMARK USAGE

Pursuant to the authority established by Arizona Board of Regents Policy No. 1-201, et seq., and the University of Arizona's policy on University Policy-making, the following action is proposed:

REVISION OF PRODUCT LICENSING AND TRADEMARK USAGE

SUMMARY: This revision updates information and reflects the fact that royalties are now charged for internal University use of trademarks.

A copy of the proposed or revised policy is available at the University Policies website. Members of the University community are invited to submit written comments via the Feedback box on the policy template or by contacting the Trademarks & Licensing Office. All comments must be received by close of business on Monday, March 23, 2020.
