Across our campuses, outstanding individuals and teams perform extraordinary work every day to make a difference on campus. The University of Arizona's Awards for Excellence recognize the achievements of classified and University staff. Nominations for the 2023 awards are open now. We encourage you to take the time to nominate deserving staff from your area for one of these awards:
- The University of Arizona Award for Excellence
- The Billy Joe Varney Award for Excellence
- The University Team Award for Excellence
- The Center/Department/Institute Award for Excellence

Nominations are due by 5:00 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2023. Award recipients will be honored at a ceremony in April 2023.
