Subject: New Member Recruitment for Tuition Residency Review Committee

The Office of the Registrar invites university staff and faculty to apply to join the Residency Review Committee for the 2025-2026 academic year. 

This committee helps determine whether students qualify for in-state or out-of-state tuition rates as part of the residency classification for tuition purposes process. Committee members, representing different campus departments, review cases according to Arizona Board of Regents policy

Typically, members spend 10-15 hours per semester reviewing documents and in Zoom meetings.  Faculty and staff interested in contributing to the university community and providing a valuable service to students can apply to join the 2025-2026 Residency Review Committee. Applications are due by Friday, April 25, 2025. 

New committee members will attend a 3-hour workshop on the morning of May 7, 2025, with lunch provided. For any questions, please reach Beth Vlahos at ecvlahos@arizona.edu.
