The University of Arizona Facilities Management team is relaunching their Apprenticeship Program starting January 2026. Applications are open now through Nov. 9 on the university's Talent website, under the job category Facilities, Grounds and Infrastructure. This four-year program blends classroom instruction with on-the-job experience.  

The program offers:

  • College credits towards earning an associate’s degree  

  • Up to 75% of tuition reimbursement for completed courses 

  • Eligibility for university benefits 

The January 2026 cohort includes two openings for each of the following positions: 

Both university employees and members of the community can apply, and Facilities Management will review applications and begin the interview process shortly after Nov. 9. 

The U of A established this program to support individuals interested in pursuing careers in the trades industry to help address workforce shortages.

The university encourages participants to apply for open positions in their chosen field after successful completion of the program.
