The Faculty Senate will hear a progress report on faculty grievance procedures from the Academic Personnel Policy Committee, led by Dennis Larson, at its Monday, March 6, meeting in the College of Law, Room 146.

The senate also will discuss and possibly take action on the Optical Sciences Program transfer of degree and administrative responsibilities. The discussion will be led by Wanda Howell, chairwoman of the Instruction and Curriculum Policy Committee.

Howell also will lead a discussion on if there should be a mid-career writing assessment.

An executive session will be held to discuss action on honorary degree nominations.

All faculty are invited to attend.
