A new analysis ranks the state of Arizona No. 7 in the nation in terms of college degree return on investment.
Arizona Online earned its third consecutive top-10 finish among the best online bachelor's degree programs in the 2023 Best Online Bachelor's Programs rankings by U.S. News & World Report.
The university had $770 million in total research activity in fiscal year 2021 and retained its No. 1 ranking in astronomy and astrophysics expenditures at more than $113 million.
The school is 25th overall and sixth among public universities in The Wrap's annual Top 50 Film Schools ranking. The school had several achievements in the past year, including relaunching the Hanson FilmTV Institute.
UArizona ranked 108th in the 2023 Best Global Universities ranking. The university was No. 44 among universities in the U.S. and No. 23 among public universities.
UArizona is tied for No. 105 overall and tied for No. 48 among public universities. The university ranks No. 11 among all colleges and universities that are designated as Hispanic-Serving Institutions.
UArizona posted its best finish ever in the annual Best for Vets: Colleges list from Military Times, ranking No. 8 overall and No. 1 in the West. A total of 311 colleges and universities qualified for this year's list.
The university held this same position in the 2020 report, indicating continued productivity in driving impact from research and innovation. The university had 86 patents issued last year.
UArizona is among "The Best 388 Colleges for 2023," released by The Princeton Review. The university ranked No. 15 in the best health services category and received high ratings in fire safety, sustainability and quality of life.
The University of Arizona is ranked No. 2 in the U.S. and No. 6 in the world in water resources, according to ShanghaiRanking's 2022 Global Ranking of Academic Subjects.
