In Brief: QS Rankings, 'Convo With Cantwell' rescheduled, when to look for the next LQP

The University is once again among the top higher education institutions in the U.S. in the latest QS World University Rankings.

"Convo With Cantwell" has been moved to May 25.

Lo Que Pasa will return June 9.
University is again among the top public institutions in QS rankings
The University of Arizona is once again ranked among the top higher education institutions in the United States, according to Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings.
The University tied for No. 64 overall and tied for No. 30 among public universities in the second QS World University Rankings: USA, released May 5. QS considered 769 U.S. colleges and universities for its final list of 352 schools. The University's overall mark improved four spots from last year's inaugural ranking.

'Convo With Cantwell' rescheduled
This month's "Convo With Cantwell," originally scheduled for May 18, will now take place on May 25 at 2 p.m. The monthly Zoom fireside chat hosted by Elizabeth "Betsy" Cantwell, senior vice president for research and innovation, will focus on open science and open access, and their benefits to researchers.
The recording and presentation slides for the April "Convo With Cantwell," which highlighted the power of futurecasting to clarify thinking and drive research impact, are available on the Research, Innovation & Impact website.
LQP will return June 9
The next issue of Lo Que Pasa will come out June 9.
