Prepare for Flu Season With Free Flu Shot Clinics
Get your free flu vaccine on campus! Flu season is just around the corner, and the flu vaccine is one of the safest and most effective ways of preventing the flu. For your convenience, Life & Work Connections, a unit of the Division of Human Resources, is offering free flu shot clinics around campus to all benefits-eligible employees and benefits options members.*
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), everyone aged 6 months and older should get a flu vaccine every season.
To get your free flu shot:
- Print and fill out the Flu Shot Consent Form and bring it to the clinic.
- Have your insurance card available.
- Have your Alternate ID Number available.
