Pursuant to the University Policy-Making Policy, the following action is taken:

NOTICE OF REQUIRED EDIT TO CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND COMMITMENT POLICY

SUMMARY: Edits to this Policy are mandated by the Department of Defense and are made in accordance with the Procedure for Requesting Edits to University Policies that are Non-Substantive or Required Edits.

  • A new paragraph 3 was added under the Policy section regarding the Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program and Foreign Talent Recruitment Program.
  • All subsequent paragraphs were renumbered.
  • The Related Information section was updated to reflect a link to the RII Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program Prohibition.
