Subject: Highland Underpass Summer Closure

The Highland underpass bike and pedestrian path will be closed starting May 16th and remained closed for the summer as part of the construction of the ARB project. During this time, bikes and pedestrians are encouraged to use the Olive and Warren underpasses as safer alternatives. The Highland underpass path will reopen again for the start of the school year in August. Please follow posted signage and avoid walking along the construction fenceline on the southside of Helen St. 

The ARB design will feature a new entrance to the Highland underpass, which is expected to be completed along with the building in January 2023.
