We are seeking submissions for Harmony Magazine!

Harmony is an international, annual publication of the Curricular Affairs department's Medical Humanities program at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. The literary journal features the works of students, faculty and staff throughout all of the University of Arizona system.

We are looking for writers, poets, visual artists and photographers to submit entries by September 30th for the 2021 Edition. This year's topic is Rebirth!

Besides receiving published recognition for your entry, all selected submissions will be considered for three top monetary awards including: 

  • Mathiasen Prose Award – Best submission in either prose or poetry
  • Ryan Visual Arts Award – Best visual arts submission
  • Parada Medical Student Award – Best overall submission from a University of Arizona medical student
