ZonaZoo Hoping to Set Record with Valentine's Day Cards for Kids

TUCSON, Ariz. — On Valentine's Day, ZonaZoo members will be trying to break a ZonaZoo record for the most valentines delivered to a hospital in a single day. Valentines will be delivered to the Diamond Children's Medical Center in Tucson on Feb 14.

ZonaZoo, the official student section for University of Arizona Athletics and the largest student section in the PAC-12, is asking the Tucson community for help collecting valentines that ZonaZoo members will deliver. Valentines can be store-bought or homemade, but must say "Happy Valentine's Day" and be signed by an individual or group to be considered for the record.

Last year, ZonaZoo members delivered 6,000 valentines to the Diamond Children's Medical Center. Their goal this year is 10,000 valentines.

Valentines must arrive by Feb. 14 can be dropped off in person or mailed to:
