Science workshop for the whole family!

Join us to learn about our closest celestial neighbor, the moon! This workshop will explore the moon's characteristics such as its craters and how it changes in appearance throughout the month. You will make a moon crater, model the phases of the moon and design a "moon journal" to record your observations of the moon over the next month.

Workshop includes:

  • Hosted educational activities (1.5 hours)
  • Admission to science exhibits (until 5 p.m. on the day of your workshop)
  • Planetarium show passes for your group (may be used same-day or for future visit)
