Media Advisory: College of Veterinary Medicine Open House

TUCSON, Ariz. — The University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine will host an open house at its new headquarters to celebrate the progress on the building and accreditation.

A ceremonial ribbon-cutting by University of Arizona Provost Liesl Folks and College of Veterinary Medicine Dean Julie Funk, DVM, will take place prior to the event and is restricted to media only. The ribbon-cutting will be followed by a private media tour of the facility.

The open house for the public will begin at 5 p.m. Guests will be able to tour the new building, meet faculty and staff, and view educational program aspects that are part of the developing curriculum.
