'Boeing Boeing' Takes Flight on Arizona Repertory Theatre Stage
The UA's Arizona Repertory Theatre is opening its season with the 2008 version of "Boeing Boeing," a farce that was first staged in 1960. It won't be easy for the student actors – farce is difficult enough but this work also calls on them to use German, Italian, French, Texas and Wisconsin accents. "This is an opportunity to employ the skills they’ve already learned, and (the play) calls for skills that are vital for them to develop," says director Brent Gibbs.
