The R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing and Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health posted significant gains in research funding, according to rankings compiled by the nonprofit Blue Ridge Institute for Medical Research.

In its seventh year of operation, Arizona Online earned top-10 rankings in several categories in U.S. News & World Report's 2022 Best Online Bachelor's Programs rankings.

The University of Arizona's research and development expenditures rank in the top 4% of all U.S. universities and No. 1 in astronomy and astrophysics, according to fiscal year 2020 data from the National Science Foundation.

The university ranked No. 14 overall and No. 12 among public universities in Newsweek's first-ever ranking of online colleges and learning providers.

The school's enrollment jumped 42% this year, and student films completed during the COVID-19 pandemic earned more than 30 invitations from film festivals.  

UArizona ranks among the nation's leaders in the number of doctoral degrees awarded to Native American and Hispanic students, according to data from the National Science Foundation.

UArizona space sciences stood out in U.S. News & World Report's 2022 Best Global Universities rankings, finishing No. 2 among public U.S. universities and No. 10 in the world.

UArizona is No. 9 on the agency's Top 30 College & University list of the largest green power users. The ranking recognizes UArizona's Large Scale Renewable Energy agreement with Tucson Electric Power Co.

The University of Arizona ranked No. 131 overall and No. 33 among public universities in the 2022 Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings.

UArizona is again ranked among the top 50 public universities in U.S. News & World Report's Best Colleges ranking. The university's overall ranking is 103.
