"Support + Share" is a place to come and be with peers who are navigating similar challenges as you build your ventures. Students can share their experiences and receive feedback and direction towards helpful resources.

Mark DeBenedetti, owner of DeBenedetti & Co.  has been working as an accountant for over 25 years. In "Accounting Basics for Entrepreneurs," he will speak about different tax structures that businesses use, the basic subcategories of those designations, the reasons for choosing the appropriate one and how a solo entrepreneur should approach the issue of bookkeeping and taxes in any stage of business.

There will also be time for participants to share their own tax/bookkeeping strategies and get live feedback on them, as well as opportunities to network with student entrepreneurs all across campus.

With questions about access or to request any disability-related accommodations in this event such as ASL interpreting, closed-captioning, wheelchair access or electronic text, etc., please contact Julie Barbier Bularzik at jbularzik@arizona.edu.
