Benny Pough: 'Hip-Hop, Business and Betting on Yourself'

Music industry veteran Benny Pough has left an indelible mark on the music industry as an executive, helping shape the sound and culture of music worldwide. With executive roles at labels Motown Def Jam, Epic Records and MCA Records, culminating in his role as President of Roc Nation, he helped to propel the careers of superstars like Jay-Z and Rihanna. Pough will reflect on and discuss experiences from his three decades in music as well as his memoir "On Impact: Life, Leadership and Betting on Yourself."
