Mini-Health Screening

This 20-minute general screening is available to benefits-eligible employees at no cost once per calendar year. The screening includes:

• Fasting blood test
• Hemoglobin A1C test
• Height, weight and waist circumference measurements
• Blood pressure measurement
• Osteoporosis and bone density screening
• Prostate-specific antigen screening 

You'll receive your results within 10 days of your appointment. Your results are kept completely confidential.
