Classroom Technology Services is now Instructional Technology Services (ITS) to reflect its expanded role in serving instructional technology needs across the university.

Expanded Instructional Support and Services
Several classroom technology support teams have joined together to form a new team that now includes Main Campus, Health Sciences Media Technical Services, Phoenix Instructional Technology Services, Arizona Online IT Support and Office of Student Computing Resources. Moving forward, these teams will be referred to collectively as Instructional Technology Services.
We have also created a dedicated audiovisual design and installation team as part of ITS to support classroom, conference room and other campus technology upgrades.

Faculty and staff can also visit its.arizona.edu to access resources and request support for classroom and instructional technology needs, by selecting the support team for their location. 

These changes are part of University Information Technology Services' efforts to improve and streamline IT service delivery through a unified support model.
