Overview of Benefits Changes in 2021

  • The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA)* has made changes to the medical plans for 2021, including a new Triple Choice Plan option. Premiums, deductibles, and insurance carriers will also change.
  • A grace period has been added for the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2021.
  • The Healthcare FSA contribution limit is increasing to $2,750.
  • There will be a decrease in vision premiums and an increased LASIK surgery benefit.
