Applications now open: Paid inclusive mentoring opportunity for STEM faculty and postdocs
By Matt Peters, College of Education and STEM Learning CenterA joint Pima Community College and University of Arizona team is looking for STEM faculty and postdocs who are highly motivated to mentor Pima STEM students pre-transfer while at the same time earning supplemental compensation and gaining professional development in mentoring in an inclusive, asset-based manner.
The experience will involve 1:1 mentoring, as well as participation in a cross-institution community of practice where you will receive ongoing support from peers as you develop your mentoring philosophy.
