April 6, 2018 Spring Fling at the UA: A Tucson Tradition

| TUCSON, Ariz. — One of Tucson's favorite traditions is back as Spring Fling makes its annual return to the UA Mall. More than 35 campus clubs and organizations are involved in putting on the event, which began in 1974 and will feature more than 30 rides and attractions, as well as concerts and food.
Spring Fling's operating hours (admission closes one hour before closing time):
Admission is $5 for the general public. Those with a UA CatCard or military ID are admitted free. Information is available online at http://springfling.arizona.edu/. New for 2018, Spring Fling is implementing a clear-bag policy similar to the one used by Arizona Athletics. Permissable bags are:
