"It's a huge honor," said Danielle Oxnam, project director with University Initiatives and Policy and a third-generation Wildcat. "My work as a project director is varied, but the thread that ties it all together is helping make the university a better place to work, study and live. This award is about recognizing people who are trying to make Southern Arizona better, and I'm proud to be doing that at a place that's right at the heart of it."

The list is presented by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona Daily Star and the law firm Snell & Wilmer.

"Being named to the 40 Under 40 list is such an honor – and really a reflection of the work we're doing to elevate integrative medicine and wellness around the world," said Stephanie Feder, senior director of business development for the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. "It's a great reminder that the passion and persistence behind our mission are making an impact."
