How can I eat the best way possible to manage or prevent Type 2 diabetes?
The Healthy Eating Basics class give your the basics and benefits of eating healthily to live with or to prevent diabetes, identifying dietary myths, and practicing a mindful eating habit.
Classes are free, no co-pay, you do not need to be a Banner patient to attend. These virtual, one-hour classes repeat every month!
This class repeats on the second Monday of each month at two times: 12-1 p.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m. MST.
