Register Your College or Department for UA 4 Food Annual Food Drive
Every spring, UA Cares Ambassadors help coordinate UA 4 Food, the annual food drive to collect donations for the university's Campus Pantry and the Community Food Bank of Tucson and Southern Arizona.
This year's campaign runs March 2-30.
Your college or department can collect nonperishable food donations for the Campus Pantry and the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
Sign up to host a UA 4 Food donation box.
Once you have registered:
- Collection boxes will be available for delivery or pickup beginning on Thursday, Feb. 19. See the request form for pick-up times.
- Download the UA 4 Food flyer and post it in your workspace to encourage participation.
- Share the list of needed items and instructions for where to find the box for donations with your colleagues in whatever format works best for your team – in a Teams chat, in a Zoom meeting, by email, etc.
- On the final day of the drive, March 30, we’ll host a Stuff the Cat Tran event all day on the UA Mall. Bring your donations to load on a bus for delivery. A drive-thru option is available for those with heavy boxes, and limited pickups can be made by special request.
Volunteer to help with food collection
There are three opportunities to volunteer at collection sites:
- March 14 and 15, during the Tucson Festival of Books.
- March 30, at Stuff the Cat Tran collection at Old Main.
Sign up to volunteer for a collection event.
