Faculty Opportunity: Apply for Inaugural Cohort, AI in a Domain

University of Arizona faculty are invited to apply for the inaugural 2026-28 cohort of Associate Directors, AI in a Domain, a new leadership opportunity from the Office of Responsible AI and the Arizona Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Society. 

These two-year, renewable appointments will help connect the university-wide AI strategy with discipline-specific expertise. The roles include a stipend, support funds and access to institutional AI resources. Current U of A faculty from all ranks are encouraged to apply. Applications are due Monday, May 18.
