GETTING AROUND CAMPUS
The Office of University Communications distributes media parking passes to reporters covering news on the University of Arizona campus. Passes allow reporters to park in any regularly marked space, visitor pay lot or metered space on campus. The passes cannot be used for personal campus visits. To request a temporary or annual media parking pass, call Jennise Taylor at 520-626-9422.
TAKING PHOTOS/VIDEO ON CAMPUS
News organizations can shoot photos or video in public areas on campus. Media access to university buildings, the campus mall and any other locked area is coordinated through the Office of University Relations, Communications.
Filming/taping for commercial purposes, such as television programs, movies and advertisements, must be approved in advance. Approval of filming will require a written agreement with the university and appropriate insurance. No use of UArizona's trademarks or service marks is permitted without advance written approval.

BROADCAST FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The University of Arizona is equipped with an on-campus television studio with satellite uplink capacity, which can be used for remote television interviews.
A radio studio with an ISDN phone line allows for broadcast-quality radio interviews.
