Pacific Neighborhood Consortium 2022: 'The Digital World in an Age of Uncertainty'

It is our great pleasure to announce that the PNC 2022 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings will take place in Tucson, USA from September 16-18 (Friday-Sunday), 2022. The main theme is "The Digital World in an Age of Uncertainty: Humanizing Technology for Wellness, Resilience, and Creativity." The program will focus on topics including (but not limited to) digital learning, information science and e-business, digital humanities and techno-cultural data in a post-pandemic world.

PNC 2022 is hosted jointly by the College of Humanities at the University of Arizona and the Pacific Neighborhood Consortium. The local organizers are the Center for Buddhist Studies and Department of East Asian Studies at the University of Arizona.

The PNC 2022 serves as an opportunity for researchers and developers to facilitate information exchanges among institutions of higher education in the Pacific Rim through computing and communications technology. PNC explores issues of information and technology exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration and the development of the cultural knowledge contents. The technical program of PNC 2022 will include invited keynotes, paper presentations, workshops and a poster session.
