What is Trellis and What Are the Benefits to the University?

When: January 26, 2022 10:00am to 11:30am

This is part of the SP Connect event series, co-hosted by the Office of Strategic Initiatives.

If you work at the University of Arizona, you've engaged with Trellis. Trellis CRM is the University's enterprise constituent relationship management program, supporting strategic communications (emails, events, newsletters), services (early progress reports, appointment scheduling), and engagement (social media, events, case management) across the University. The initiative is part of the Institutional Excellence pillar of the Strategic Plan.

This event will answer questions including:

  • What is Trellis? Why is it a strategic initiative? Trellis is not just a technology solution; it represents a digital engagement strategy aimed at creating a more connected campus.
  • Who uses Trellis? What data is being collected? Learn about success stories highlighting campus partnerships.
  • What are the benefits of Trellis? Understand the impact of cross-community collaborations, launching in spring 2022.

Our presenters are:

  • Darcy Van Patten, Chief Technology Officer and Trellis initiative owner.
  • Nikolas Glazier Hodge, Director of Trellis implementation Services and Trellis initiative co-owner.
  • Felicia Menten, Implementation Analyst Sr. for Contact Management, Scheduling, and Service
  • Ali Jeffords, Implementation Analyst for Events.
  • Kimberly Winchell, Implementation Analyst for Marketing Cloud.

Please join us to learn more about the campus-wide impact of the Trellis initiative. There is time reserved for Q&A at the end of the session.
