Workshop – The Challenges for Caregivers

When: April 27, 2022 11:30am to 12:20pm
An older woman offers a sandwich to a young child

It's been said that caregivers in the sandwich generation caregivers “push a stroller and a wheelchair” at the same time ... while also trying to climb a career ladder. Join dependent care advisor Eileen Lawless and senior coordinator for childcare and family resources Lourdes A. Rodríguez to discuss the unique challenges you face when integrating your work life with complex family responsibilities.

This is the second of three sessions in the Sandwich Generation Club workshop. Consider attending all three presentations to receive the full benefit. Separate registration is required for each. The first presentation, "Are You Part of the Club?," was held April 12, and the final session, "The Caregiver's Survival Manual," takes place May 12.
