'In Our Nature: Youth Speak' – Film Screening/Discussion

When: April 08, 2021 5:00pm to 6:00pm

"In Our Nature: Youth Speak" is a film that follows four young people in Tucson as they learn to connect with nature, public lands, and each other – all against the backdrop of social unrest and the pandemic. In partnership with Ironwood Tree Experience, an organization that works to connect young people to their communities through experiences in nature, the film highlights the passion of today's youth and their desire to take action, both at home and on a national scale.

Join The Wilderness Society for a screening of the film and afterwards meet the film participants during a discussion with House Natural Resources Committee chair Raúl Grijalva and hosted by Kevin Bonine from University of Arizona's Arizona Institutes for Resilience.
