Free Fitness Classes Week at Campus Rec: Feb. 22-28

F45 is Back with In-person Classes at the REC, Kicking Off with a Free Week!

Join us for a FREE week of F45* (and group fitness) in-person classes, Feb. 22-28 at the REC (corner of 6th and Highland).  No rec membership is needed, but you must have a NetID.  Classes will be limited to 18 participants, spaced out in the MAC Gym to meet current safety guidelines. *F45 is an innovative, high-intensity group workout that is fast, fun, and results-driven. The "F" stands for functional training and the "45" stands for the total time of the classes. F45 offers a circuit style workout with over 3,000 different exercises, so participants never get the same workout twice. Campus Recreation offers these classes at a significant, educational institution discount over local boutiques. Passes will be required for the new session starting March 1 and will be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions. To learn more about F45, visit
