The Degradation of American Democracy — and the Court (Virtual)

Join the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law student chapter of the American Constitution Society on Monday, Oct. 19 at noon (3 p.m. EST) for a discussion with Professor Michael Klarman of Harvard Law School about the degradation of democracy, voting, what is needed to entrench democracy, the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court and court reform. Professor Klarman's presentation will be followed by an open Q&A session moderated by Teresa Miguel-Stearns, associate dean for legal information innovation at the James E. Rogers College of Law.
