Birds and Arrows formed in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2007. After releasing four full-length albums and critically acclaimed EPs (songs from which appear on compilations with Jeff Tweedy, Yo La Tengo, Ryan Adams' Whiskeytown and the mythic Big Star), the band relocated to Tucson in 2016.

"Having outgrown their genesis as a folk act, Andrea and Pete came out west to shed their skin under the desert sun, peeling away the old atop metamorphic rock, to allow further growth. The result of this transition is as bold, wild and beautiful as the Sonoran desert that surrounds them." - Xavier Omar Otero of Tucson Weekly

Performed on the historic stage of Centennial Hall.
